What to do when you step up as the new exchequer (or any office for that matter)
Fill in the change of officer form. Have it signed by members of the group including your Seneschal and Baron & Baroness if applicable.
Email the form to the Principality Exchequer (exchequer@avacal-sca.org) with copies of your membership card and photo id*.
In the text of the email include -
Mundane Name:
Membership Number:
Expiry
Date:
Date took office:
Email Address: Phone number:
Mailing Address:
I know these will be on the attachments but this will make it easier to copy it to the warrant list.
I will then send you a reply with your warrant end date.
As the officer it is your responsibility to send in your information. If you have someone else do it please asked to be included on the email so you know it's done. Email is the preferred method.
*only exchequers and seneschals are required to send in a photo id - just the front part and you can black out any sensitive info if you want.
